Is shipping free?
Yes — we offer FREE shipping on all orders over $35 within the US. International orders may incur shipping fees calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also use our Track Order page anytime.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at info@plurrstuff.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll get a confirmation email once it's issued.
What if my item arrived damaged or wrong?
We're so sorry! Email us at info@plurrstuff.com with photos of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right immediately.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order may already be processing. Contact us ASAP at info@plurrstuff.com.
