We make every effort to accurately represent our products including descriptions, images, and colors. However please note that colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings. We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match what is shown on screen.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
If we cancel your order we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is confirmed we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests as orders are processed quickly.
Section 4 — Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We accept payment via Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and major credit and debit cards. By placing an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed we will contact you before processing your order.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order is handed to the carrier risk of loss passes to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit please contact us at info@plurrstuff.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Return and Refund Policy before making a purchase.

All content on plurrstuff.com including but not limited to logos, brand names, product names, images, text, graphics, and design is the property of PLURR Stuff or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or use any of our content without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
The PLURR Stuff name, logo, and all related brand assets are trademarks of PLURR Stuff. You may not use our trademarks without written permission.
Section 8 — Third Party Links and Services
Our store may contain links to third party websites and services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third party sites. Accessing third party sites is at your own risk and we encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before engaging with them.
Section 9 — Relationship with Shopify
Our store is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with PLURR Stuff. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us including products, services, or any loss or damage resulting from your purchases. By using our store you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your transactions with PLURR Stuff.

Your use of our store is subject to our Privacy Policy which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our store you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
Section 11 — Reviews and Feedback
If you submit reviews, feedback, or other content to our store you grant PLURR Stuff a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for any purpose including marketing and store improvement.
