We make every effort to accurately represent our products including descriptions, images, and colors. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings. We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match what is shown on screen.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities at our discretion.
Product Safety Notice: Some of our products, including LED items, laser accessories, and battery-powered gear, are intended for adults and should be used responsibly. Always follow product instructions. Keep battery-powered items away from water and extreme heat. We are not responsible for injury or damage resulting from misuse or failure to follow product instructions.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
If we cancel your order, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once an order is confirmed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests as orders are processed quickly.
Section 4 — Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in US Dollars. Prices do not include taxes or shipping fees, which will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We accept payment via Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and major credit and debit cards. By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all payment information is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is discovered after your order is placed, we will contact you before processing your order.
Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery
We ship within the United States only. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info@plurrstuff.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Our store is powered by Shopify. Any purchases you make are made directly with PLURR Stuff. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your transactions with us. By using our store, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims related to your transactions with PLURR Stuff.

PLURR Stuff will not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, government actions, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or carrier failures. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact and notify you as soon as practicable.
Section 17 — Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
We encourage you to contact us first at info@plurrstuff.com to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be resolved quickly this way.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and PLURR Stuff agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. The arbitration will take place in Hawaii or by telephone/video conference. Each party will bear its own arbitration costs, except as required by applicable law.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against PLURR Stuff.
This arbitration clause does not apply to claims for injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property rights, or to small claims court matters within the applicable jurisdictional limits. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court to preserve the status quo pending arbitration.
Section 18 — Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. To the extent court proceedings are permitted under these Terms, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hawaii.
Section 19 — Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
Section 20 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Section 21 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PLURR Stuff regarding your use of our store and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
