Return & Refund Policy

At PLURR Stuff, your satisfaction matters. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.


Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it
  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered
  • In its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order confirmation email

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@plurrstuff.com with your order number and reason for return. Please include clear photos of the item. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Do not send items back without first contacting us — unrequested returns will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damages & Defective Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@plurrstuff.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue with a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Electronic & LED Items

LED gloves, fiber optic accessories, light-up gear, and other battery-powered items are tested before shipment. If an electronic item arrives non-functional or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short video demonstrating the issue and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Electronic items that show signs of use, physical damage, or normal wear are not eligible for return.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Face and body products (glitter, cosmetics, UV pigments) once opened or used, for hygiene reasons
  • Sale items and clearance products
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order once your return is approved.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.

If 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@plurrstuff.com.


Shipping Delays

All orders ship from the United States. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days. Please wait 10 business days before contacting us about a missing package. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control.
