Thank you for shopping with PLURR Stuff. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.


Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from the United States. At this time we only ship to addresses within the United States.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

During peak periods such as major festivals, holidays, or sale events processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay with your order.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders of $35 or more.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

If you have not received a tracking email within 5 business days of placing your order please check your spam folder first then contact us at info@plurrstuff.com.


Delivery Delays

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes during peak periods
  • Weather events or natural disasters
  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed please contact us and we will do our best to help.


Lost or Stolen Packages

PLURR Stuff is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package please:

  • Check around your property and with neighbors
  • Contact your local post office or carrier
  • Wait 2–3 business days as packages sometimes show as delivered early

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier please contact us at info@plurrstuff.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.


Incorrect Address

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address and your order is returned to us we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

If your order is delivered to an incorrect address due to an error you made at checkout we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.


Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@plurrstuff.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the damage

We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order please contact us immediately at info@plurrstuff.com. We process orders quickly and cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted. If your order has already shipped you will need to follow our return process once it arrives.
