Thank you for shopping with PLURR Stuff. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
How We Fulfill Orders
PLURR Stuff is a curated festival accessories shop. Our products are fulfilled through trusted suppliers and shipped directly to you. This means your order goes through two stages: processing (the time it takes our supplier to prepare and hand off your order) and shipping (the time in transit to your door).
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–5 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
During peak periods such as major festival seasons, holidays, or sale events, processing may take a few extra days. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders of $35.00 or more.
Please note: Total delivery time = processing time + transit time. Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days from the date of purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan and update tracking information.
If you have not received a tracking email within 7 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at info@plurrstuff.com.
Delivery Delays
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to high order volumes during peak periods, customs or carrier processing, weather events or natural disasters, or an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
PLURR Stuff is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please check around your property and with neighbors, contact your local post office or carrier, and wait 2–3 additional business days.
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact us at info@plurrstuff.com and we will work with you to find a resolution.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If you provide an incorrect address and your order cannot be delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement. If your order is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees to reship.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@plurrstuff.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item and packaging, and a brief description of the damage. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@plurrstuff.com. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment supplier, cancellation may not be possible. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow our return process once it arrives.
