Orders & Payment
How do I place an order? Browse our store at plurrstuff.com, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept Shop Pay, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? We process orders quickly so we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is submitted. Contact us immediately at info@plurrstuff.com if you need to make a change and we will do our best to help before your order ships.
My order says confirmed but I haven't received a tracking number yet. What do I do? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days please check your spam folder first then contact us.
Why was my order cancelled? Orders may be cancelled due to payment issues, suspected fraud, or product availability. If your order was cancelled you will receive a full refund within 10 business days and we will notify you by email.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from? All orders ship from the United States.
How long will my order take to arrive? Domestic US orders typically arrive within 3–8 business days depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout. International orders may take 10–20 business days. These are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Do you offer free shipping? Yes! All US orders over $35 qualify for free standard shipping. International orders to Canada and the United Kingdom over $75 also qualify for free standard shipping. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.
How do I track my order? Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your order at plurrstuff.com/pages/track-order. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received my package. What do I do? First check around your property and with neighbors as packages are sometimes left in unexpected places. Contact your local post office or carrier with your tracking number. If your package is still missing after 2–3 business days contact us at info@plurrstuff.com and we will help you resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally? Yes we ship to most countries worldwide including Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and more. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees? International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or control these charges.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item. Items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please review our full Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
How do I start a return? Email us at info@plurrstuff.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item. We will respond within 2 business days with next steps. Do not send items back without contacting us first.
My item arrived damaged or defective. What do I do? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@plurrstuff.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to receive my refund? Once your return is received and approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
Can I exchange an item? We do not process direct exchanges. Please return your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
What items cannot be returned? The following items are non-returnable: personal care items including nasal inhalers, sale items, discounted products, gift cards, and items returned without prior authorization.
Products
Are your products safe to use? Yes all products in our store are carefully selected for quality and safety. If you have specific concerns about any product please contact us before purchasing.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos? We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However colors may vary slightly depending on your device screen settings and lighting. If you receive an item that looks significantly different from what was shown please contact us.
Do you restock sold out products? We do our best to restock popular items. Follow us on Instagram and TikTok or sign up for our email list to be notified when items are back in stock.
Can I buy your products in bulk for an event or group? Absolutely! Email us at info@plurrstuff.com with details about what you need and how many and we will do our best to accommodate bulk orders.
Account & Privacy
Do I need an account to place an order? No you can check out as a guest without creating an account. However creating an account lets you track orders, save your information, and shop faster next time.
How do you protect my personal information? We take your privacy seriously. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and we never sell your personal information to third parties. Please review our full Privacy Policy for complete details.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails? Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email we send you. You will be removed from our mailing list immediately. You will still receive transactional emails related to your orders.
